Open to all. Friends, partners, plus-ones, first-timers — bring whoever. DJ, designer, and martial artist Noel Marino of Ninja Star Studio spins inside the exhibition: twenty-six queer artists on the walls, the music in the middle of it all. Come for the music, stay with the work, dance among it.

The Ordinary, Up Close — Collect from $500
The Ordinary is on view through June 30, and much of the show is still available to live with. A few we love, starting at the most accessible end:
Bill Hendricks — Marsha P. · $890
A jewel-scale tribute to Marsha P. Johnson from a Minneapolis painter who hunts for “the quiet mystery in ordinary things.” Mixed media on paper, 6.5 × 6.5 in (framed to 10 × 10). $890.

Courtney Charles — Formative Years · $500
From a New York photographer whose staged tableaux blur fiction and American memory — part of the Doll Series headed to The Museum at FIT this fall. Sublimation print on metal, 16 × 20 in, edition of 10. $500 — the most accessible way into the show.

Paul Gravett — Sanctified Fruit · $700
The Vancouver artist embroiders directly into vintage mid-century physique photographs, stitching color and dignity back into queer histories once coded and censored. Embroidery on transferred image on cotton, framed to 14 × 11 in. $700.

James Falciano — Let’s Cancel Our Plans and Spend the Day in Bed · $1,500
A Brooklyn illustrator who finds power in softness — the tender, ordinary hours wrapped up with a lover, apart from the world. Gouache and colored pencil on paper, 14 × 11 in (framed to 24 × 18). $1,500.

Works in the show span $500 to $15,000. Also available now: All Done by Anya Rosen ($2,200) and The Birth of Venus by Omar Soto ($2,000), among others.
To acquire or inquire, reply to this email or DM @collective.z.gallery. Open Wed–Sat, 1–6 PM and by appointment.
